By tracking these metrics during physical activity, we can better understand how exercise impacts cadets health and physical performance.It continuously monitors heart rate and oxygen saturation and transmits data to a central database for analysis.Models that support oxygen saturation: Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, Samsung Galaxy Watch 5The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 offers a pulse oximetry feature, but this feature is intended for general health monitoring purposes and is not certified for medical use.
Therefore, the oxygen saturation measurement results of the Galaxy Watch 5 should be used for reference only.The pulse oximetry function measures blood oxygen saturation and informs you of the current oxygen supply status.
This can be useful for routine health monitoring, for example helping to detect symptoms of apnea during activities at high altitudes or during sleep.
